Corporate Governance

Good corporate governance is important to support Attendo’s vision, long-term strategic goals and corporate culture. Responsibility for governance and control is divided between the General Meeting, Board of Directors, CEO and Executive Management and is based on both external and internal regulations.

The main goal of Attendo’s corporate governance is to create a framework of regulations, areas of responsibility, and processes and routines that effectively safeguard the shareholders and other parties interests by minimizing risks and create good conditions for a secure expansion of Attendo’s operations.

External regulations

The external regulations consist of the Swedish Companies Act, Annual Accounts Act, Swedish Code for Corporate Governance, NASDAQ rulebook for issuers and other relevant laws and regulations.

Internal regulations

The internal regulations concern the Articles of Association, which have been determined in the General Meeting, the Board’s rules of procedure and the Board’s instructions to the CEO.

Attendo has even established a number of governing documents that function as rules and guidelines for operations, such as Attendo’s Code of Conduct, policies, guidelines and instructions. Attendo’s vision and values function as a daily guide for all employees.
