Sustainability at Attendo
Sustainability at Attendo is focused on three main areas: development of society, our employees, and quality of care and health care. These areas have been identified as the most important to Attendo and our stakeholders. As part of the society development objective, Attendo’s ambition is to lead the establishment of new homes to meet the needs of society for new nursing home beds. The objective for the focus area ‘our employees’ is for Attendo to offer a stimulating workplace for everyone who wants to make a difference.
In the quality area, Attendo is striving to maintain and further improve its leading positionin quality and customer satisfaction. Attendo engages in dialogue with the company’s stakeholders, ie. customers, patients, their relatives, local authorities, employees, suppliers, investors, politicians, and government bodies. The stakeholder dialogue improves our understanding of their expectations and provides input for potential improvements.
We track satisfaction among customer, patients and their families through periodical surveys as well as ongoing discussions in dayto- day operations. We strive to always base our actions on the needs and wishes of the customer or patient. Employee preferences and opinions are discovered by means including employee surveys and appraisal interviews.
