Annual General Meeting 2026
The annual general meeting of Attendo AB (publ) will be held on Wednesday 6 May 2026 at 16:30 CET at Attendo’s head office, Vendevägen 85B, Danderyd.
Shareholders who wish to have a matter addressed at the annual general meeting are welcome to submit their proposal to the board of directors by email to attendoboard@attendo.com or by ordinary mail to Attendo AB, Att: AGM 2026, Box 715, SE-182 78 Danderyd, Sweden.
In order for a matter to be addressed at the annual general meeting, the matter must have been received no later than on 18 March 2026.
Shareholders that wish to submit proposals to Attendo’s Nomination Committee, may do so by email to valberedningen@attendo.com, or by ordinary mail to Attendo AB, Att: Nomination Committee, Box 715, SE-182 78 Danderyd, Sweden.
